FAQ

1) When will my package be shipped?

Weekly basis.

*If the item you ordered is a preorder item, please read the description of the item as it will likely include the approximate date I will begin shipping out preorder item orders! Do not combine preorder items with non-preorder items if you do not want to wait longer.

2) Do I get a tracking # with my order?

Yes, I will include a USPS tracking # for all domestic and international orders. If you are international, please note that I will be using first class shipping for international orders. 

3) Do you process returns/can I exchange an item?

No. All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges after you make your order unless your product has been damaged in transit. (with proof)

4) Where is my order?

Please contact me immediately with your order # via email and I will take a look at its status. Please be patient unless you need it urgently. In this case please let me know in your order's checkout notes so that I may prioritize packing it to arrive to you in time. I do not offer express shipping options.

5) When will you restock ______? 

I don't know, sorry. If you cannot find it in stock online, chances are I'll have it at a con. 

6) Why is your international shipping so expensive? 

It's not up to me. I'm following the guidelines that USPS implemented for international packages as I package all my items in padded or rigid mailers. This makes it so your item stays safe and doesn't run the risk of it being returned back to me because of inefficient postage or any other issues. If I sent everything in normal mailers it would run the risk of either being damaged, bent, lost (no insurance/no tracking), or returned back to me.
